Gallery Opening-Photo Show

Monday night Nov. 9 from 4-7 PM there will be an opening reception at the Barnes-Franklin Gallery, Tunxis Community College, 271 Scott Swamp Road, Farmington, CT
This is a joint exhibition of photos with fellow photographer Kelli Newton-Costa.
My work will include images and a video of Fairs and Festivals, mostly in Northern California.
I’d love to see you there if you can make it.
The show is up until December 3.

Some would say it’s Halloween all the time in San Francisco, but here in CT it comes only once a year, so let’s celebrate it. If you’d like to see more images like this, I have a gallery show coming up November 9-December 3 @ The Barnes-Franklin Gallery, Tunxis Community College, 271 Scott Swamp Road in Farmington, CT . The opening reception is November 9 @4-7 PM. I’d love to see you there-it’s a Monday night, which I know can be tough, but if you can make it you’ll enjoy some fun images of Fairs and Festivals from different parts of the country. Carnaval, Mission District, San Francisco
The colorful Mission district is home to a celebration of the Brazilian Carnaval, and the San Francisco version is nearly as clothing-optional as the Festival in Rio, although it’s a bit chillier than Brazil that time of year. Many outrageous costumes, (or lack thereof), bands, dancers, floats, and of course, plenty of food. See more of these images in my upcoming show in Farmington , CT, beginning Nov. 9. We’ve been very busy lately, so we ‘ve changed the Picture of the Day to Picture of the Week! It should be a little easier to keep the images coming this way.

Twenty-second in a series-New Theme: The Story behind the Shot-Continued
Hartford, CT- Steve worked at the local Bally’s gym and we asked him to model for a shoot for Stanley Tools. He has a great profile, and we borrowed this giant wrench from our landlord’s super, who used it on our ancient radiators. It was the perfect prop!
